​Parties at the Emporium!

Our Teddy Bear Picnic party is £280 for up to 8 children, with each additional child £7.

Would your little one LOVE this party theme but would also like a character visit? Not a problem! Add on an hours visit from their favourite princess, mermaid or fairy for just £60!

The cutest party around! Best suited to younger ages, at your little ones very own teddy bear picnic every guest and their favourite teddy bear will be invited! On arrival little ones will be able to explore our Emporium and have a choice of age appropriate toys to play with, then an intro activity will follow so we can get to know which cuddly friend each little one has chosen to bring along with them. After that the picnic will begin! 

Food IS included in this package, and we make it part of the fun! Every child will be given their own lunch box to decorate before heading over to different stations to put together their perfect picnic lunch! There will be 4 stations for them to explore:
- choose a sandwich and cut into their favourite shape
- decorate a cupcake with icing and sprinkles
- put together a pot of their favourite fruit and veg
- choose a savoury snack and drink to complete their box!

During the picnic your party host will read little ones a story, and once the picnic is over it's time for a couple of fun warm up dances, followed by games!

Our princess packages at the Emporium have been incredibly popular since we opened - they work just PERFECTLY in our Fairytale themed venue! Emmabelle's have been specialising in princess parties since 2014, and we are well known for providing only the very highest quality princess characters, with performers who are all trained to look, speak, sing and act like the princess they are portraying. Authenticity is so important to us - so we work hard to ensure our characters look as realistic as possible, with custom made high end wigs, ballgowns matching the quality you would find in the popular theme parks and even completely bespoke accessories - from shoes to jewellery to bloomers!

Princesses

Does your little one have dreams of being a pop star? This party will give them the chance to shine! The party will start with some pampering to ensure they really feel like the star that they are! A champagne flute of pink lemonade on arrival, sparkle makeovers for all guests, and once everyone looks the part the fun will really begin! 

Your party host will teach all mini superstars a fun dance routine, each child will have the chance to take the mic to sing one of their favourite songs, then follows an awesome disco to show off their favourite dance moves, and a fun photoshoot with props in front of our fancy flower wall to finish!

This package does not include a character host as standard - however if you would like to upgrade your package to include our Fashion Doll as the party host, there is an option to add her on when you complete your booking form!

Do you have a budding baker at home? Visit the Emporium for a cupcake decorating party! This party package option includes four delicious cupcakes per child (pre-baked by us on site and ready to decorate), and a gift box to take their beautiful creations home in!

We include absolutely everything needed to make the most beautiful cupcakes. Your Emmabelle's host will guide guests and teach them some top tips on how to decorate their cakes. There will be a variety of sprinkles and sparkles to finish their creations - and each child will receive a certificate at the end!

​Our Cupcake Decorating Party is £120 for up to 6 children, with each additional child £12, up to a maximum of 12 children.

Important note about numbers:  We can allow for a maximum of 12 children at the Emporium for parties when food is included. If you would prefer to leave out food, and not all parents will be staying at the venue, we are able to increase our limit to 20 children (for parties with over 16 children, the schedule would be adapted slightly to what is advertised below). When the weather is nice we do have a lovely courtyard area which can also be used - and this would be fab for parents to mingle! (Obviously this would depend on the lovely british weather!)

Flexible Payment Options: We understand that parties can be costly, so we certainly don't expect you to pay in full on booking! We have a variety of payment options to suit all budgets - For parties taking place more than 4 months away we can take just a 25% payment to secure your booking, with the remaining 75% split between 3 monthly payments, for parties taking place within 4 months we take a 50% payment to secure your booking, with the final balance not due until one week before the party. And for all parties we have Clearpay available too!
